Eva Davis Speaks at ACG LA’s Women of ACG Executive Salon & Luncheon

Winston & Strawn partner Eva Davis moderated the Association for Corporate Growth Los Angeles’ Fifth Annual Women of ACG Executive Salon & Luncheon on July 31, 2014. The event featured Ms. Davis and four other successful women from a variety of industries, and highlighted the meaningful events that have transpired throughout their careers. Ms. Davis is the chair of West Coast private equity at Winston & Strawn. For more than 20 years, she has advised her clients on U.S. and cross-border complex business transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
