Partner Eva Davis was nominated for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders in Law Awards, which recognize the accomplishments and significant role that general counsel and leading attorneys play in the success of a business enterprise. Eva is co-chair of Winston's Private Equity Practice. She concentrates on U.S. and cross-border complex business transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Eva has consistently been recognized by local and national publications for her excellence, leadership, and client service.
