Eva Davis Named a 2020 California Trailblazer

Managing Partner of Winston’s Los Angeles office and Co-Chair of Winston’s Private Equity Practice, Eva Davis, has been named a 2020 California Trailblazer by The Recorder. This annual list highlights attorneys who have made significant marks on the practice, policy, and technological advancements in their sector.

Eva is recognized for her outstanding work on behalf of private equity funds. In 2019 alone, she led 10 deals worth a total of about $2 billion. The largest, in which she advised Quest Nutrition in its sale to Simply Good Foods, was worth $1 billion.
