Eva Davis’ Move to Winston & Strawn Garners Attention

Eva Davis’ recent move to Winston & Strawn was featured in various publications, including the Daily Journal, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal, Law360, L.A. Biz, The Recorder, Metropolitan News-Enterprise, Bloomberg’s “Business of Law” column, as well as The Deal Pipeline’s “Movers & Shakers” and the National Law Journal's "Movers" section.

Ms. Davis will serve as chair of Winston’s West Coast private equity practice. She moved to Winston’s Los Angeles office because, as she states, “I was looking for a platform where I could really provide value through cost-effective legal services…and to go to a place that’s focused on middle-market transactions.”

Eva Davis will advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies on U.S. and cross-border business transactions with a core focus on M&A and private equity. She comes to Winston from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she was the founding partner their Los Angeles corporate department.
