Eva Davis Discusses Private & Public Equity Markets at Advisory Research Speaker Series

Winston & Strawn Private Equity Co-Chair Eva Davis will participate in an Advisory Research Speaker Series titled “Extracting Value in Private & Public Equity Markets” on May 7 in Los Angeles. This program will feature two sessions exploring the varying dynamics and characteristics of public and private markets. Panelists include executives and investors who will discuss where they see value, the roles of boards, and shareholder engagement of both markets.

The first session will be led by Al Osborne, Dean of the Anderson School of Business, UCLA, who will guide panelists as they compare the efficacy of public and private boards. As part of the second session, Eva Davis will moderate portfolio company executives and board members regarding their interaction with capital allocators. The program will conclude with a networking reception.
