Eva Cole Speaks on ABA Section of Antitrust Law Panel

Winston & Strawn partner Eva Cole was a panelist for the program titled, “Witness Interview Fundamentals,” presented by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee. The webinar/teleconference was held March 5, 2014.

The program focused on how to avoid the pitfalls of a witness interview and get the information you need to prepare your defense and strategy in a government investigation. The panel covered important issues such as how to use documentary evidence, ethical considerations, the role of any individual counsel, and privilege considerations.

Eva Cole is a litigation partner in the firm’s New York office and concentrates her practice in antitrust law, and in particular, cartel investigations and class action.
