Edouard de Rancher Joins Winston’s Tax Practice in Paris

Paris – January 14, 2022 – Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Edouard de Rancher as a local partner in the firm’s Paris office and a member of the Tax Practice.

Edouard’s practice focuses on national and international corporate tax as well as tax litigation. He assists clients with M&A operations and the resolution of complex tax issues such as restructuring, financing, and international growth. He advises directors on personal tax and counsels groups and institutions in connection with their nonprofit activities. Edouard also has significant experience in the health and new technology sectors.
