David Love Joins Winston & Strawn in Chicago

Winston & Strawn recently announced that David Love has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Transactions Department and a member of the Finance Practice. David represents leading private equity sponsors in leveraged finance transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings across the large-cap and middle markets. He also advises clients on liability management transactions.
