David Greenspan Speaks at the 64th ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Litigation Partner David Greenspan presented “Play Ball: What Rules are Reasonable?” at ABA’s Antitrust Law 2016 Spring Meeting on April 6 in Washington, D.C.
The past year has seen new developments in litigation challenging various aspects of the NCAA’s regulation of college sports, ticket resale practices, and professional sports team relocations. Mr. Greenspan’s panel discussed the most recent rulings in these cases and explored their implications for other competitor collaborations in amateur and professional sports and beyond.
David Greenspan is co-chair of the firm’s college sports sub-practice and litigates complex commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate court levels and in arbitrations. Mr. Greenspan currently serves as the chairman of the New York City Bar Association’s Sports Law Committee.
