David Greenspan Selected As One of Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”

Winston & Strawn partner David Greenspan was recognized by the Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. The Forty Under 40 Awards program was initiated in 1999 to identify and honor the most promising young executives in sports business under the age of 40. A committee of Sports Business Journal editors and writers select the 40 executives from among hundreds of nominations received each year. 

David Greenspan is a litigation partner in Winston & Strawn’s New York office and co-chair of the college sports practice. Mr. Greenspan litigates complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, sports, class action and other matters at both the trial and appellate court levels, and in arbitrations. With respect to sports litigation, Mr. Greenspan has litigated cases involving antitrust law, labor law, licensing, agent regulation, active and retired player rights, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Greenspan was also recently named a “Rising Star” by Law360.
