“Technical excellence is table stakes. What clients really value is someone who can cut through noise, understand where the real risk sits, and explain it succinctly across cultures and corporate hierarchies. Commercial judgment and a strategic approach to negotiation are key and cannot be replicated by machines,” Daniela said. “That said, we will not be able to thrive without the intellectual curiosity and technological fluency needed to deploy AI sensibly to enhance legal practice.”
