Dan Webb Speaks at White Collar Crime & Corporate Governance Conference

Winston & Strawn litigation partner Dan Webb spoke at the Law Bulletin Seminar’s 7th Annual White Collar Crime & Corporate Governance Conference on April 17, 2014, in Chicago. The conference presented special sessions providing security guidance for data assets and offered CLE credits for Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin attorneys. Winston & Strawn sponsored the event.
Mr. Webb, a former U.S. attorney, was a panelist in the discussion, “Meeting DOJ Expectations: Your Company’s To-Do List.” Other topics at the conference included:
- Identifying risks to corporate information
- Managing & protecting sensitive information
- Controlling access to proprietary information
- Misuse of internal communication & customers information
Mr. Webb serves as firm chairman and is a member of the Executive Committee. As part of the firm’s Chicago office, his trial practice concentrates in the areas of major commercial, civil, regulatory, and white-collar criminal cases.
