Dan Webb to Present Seminar on How to Cross-Examine an Expert Witness

Winston & Strawn partner Dan Webb presented a seminar titled, "How To Cross-Examine an Expert Witness," held September 10, 2013 in Chicago.

Mr. Webb's presentation demonstrated:

• How to challenge an expert witness's credentials
• Ways to discredit an expert's methodology or theory
• Strategies to impeach certain aspects of an expert's testimony while turning other aspects to your advantage

Mr. Webb was joined by Matthew Menchel, director of the Center for Trial Advocacy. Immediately following the presentation, attendees were able to participate in a dynamic Q&A session with Mr. Webb and Mr. Menchel.
