Daily Journal Lists Enzminger as “Top 75 IP Litigator”

Winston & Strawn Los Angeles-based partner David Enzminger was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the "Top 75 California IP Litigators." The annual list acknowledges lawyers who have worked on the world's cutting-edge issues and who have had the greatest impact on their clients and their area of law.

Mr. Enzminger has scored a number of noteworthy wins of late, including his representation of International Gaming Technology against now-defunct Aruze Gaming USA. "After the first day of trial, it had gone so well that the court called everyone in and suggested a settlement." Mr. Enzminger's representation of Belkin – against patent infringements claims by Fujitsu Ltd. – was included as one of the Daily Journal's "Top Verdicts of 2012."

This year's Intellectual Property supplement highlights the "Top 100 California IP Lawyers," which includes California's 75 leading intellectual property litigators and 25 leading portfolio managers and patent prosecutors.
