Claire Fundakowski Presents at 2024 Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA Passport to Proficiency Series

Winston & Strawn partner Claire Fundakowski will present during ACI’s Fourth Annual Passport to Proficiency on the Essentials of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA.

The virtual three-week program, running from October 8-24, is designed to provide new lawyers and executives for the life sciences industry with a solid foundation for understanding the essentials as well as the intricacies of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation and regulation.

Claire will present during Week Two of the program which will focus on the Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA Framework. Her module will cover the Purple Book, including an overview of what it contains and how Purple Book listings can impact business strategies.
