Charlie Papavizas Speaks at Texas Offshore Wind Energy Roundtable Conference 2014

Winston & Strawn partner Charlie Papavizas spoke at the Texas Offshore Wind Energy Roundtable (TOWER) Conference 2014 on September 9 in Houston.

The TOWER Conference covered the latest developments and opportunities in the North American-Mexican wind market. Featuring more than 25 hours of intensive, cutting-edge information and powerful networking, this year's program addressed the state of the industry globally and locally. Mr. Papavizas presented “Update on the Application of the Jones Act to Offshore Wind Farms.”

Mr. Papavizas is based in Winston & Strawn’s Washington, D.C. office and chairs the firm's maritime and admiralty practice. He focuses his practice on administrative, legislative, and corporate matters, primarily in the maritime industry.
