Charlie Papavizas spoke at the Offshore Support Vessel Conference (OSV) on October 7, 2015, in Oslo, Norway. The focus of the conference was safety, security, and risk management.
Mr. Papavizas presented “U.S. Gulf of Mexico: How will regulatory changes impact businesses in the region?” The session addressed:
- Recent Jones Act rulings
- Status of Jones Act enforcement efforts
- Foreign worker employment limits
- Taxes applied to working in U.S. waters
