Winston & Strawn partner Charlie Papavizas spoke at the Tugs & Barges MarineLog Conference and Expo, held May 21-22, 2013 in Stamford, Connecticut. The tenth annual executive-level networking event for the tug and barge industry examined critical issues impacting market development and the design, construction and operation of vessels and focused on industry best practices and technologies.
