Charlie Papavizas Moderates Workshop at International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum 2019

On April 10, Chair of Winston & Strawn’s Maritime Practice, Charlie Papavizas, moderated a workshop titled “It’s a Big Job - The U.S. Coast Guard Role in Offshore Wind: From COP to Law Enforcement and Everything in Between” at the International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF) 2019 Conference. Winston was a sponsor of the conference.

Charlie focuses his practice on administrative, legislative, and finance matters, primarily in the maritime industry. He is frequently consulted on the application of U.S.-flag laws and regulations, particularly the application of U.S. coastwise laws (Jones Act) to cargo, passenger, and vessel movements and investments in U.S. companies.
