Charlie Papavizas Discusses Jones Act Issues Pertaining to Gulf of Mexico

Winston & Strawn partner Charlie Papavizas, based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, spoke at American Petroleum Institute's (API) 2013 International Trade and Customs Conference in Galveston, Texas on March 19, 2013. The program was designed to provide attendees with up-to-date information regarding customs, border protection, and international trade in the areas of duty drawback, imports, exports, and foreign trade zones.
