Charlie Papavizas Discusses Environmental, Commercial, and Trade Issues Associated with Arctic Drilling

Maritime & Admiralty Practice Chair Charlie Papavizas spoke at ACI’s 5^th Annual Admiralty and Maritime Claims and Litigation Conference on January 28, 2016, in Houston. The forum addressed the future of defense and risk management strategies for the industry.

Mr. Papavizas presented “Environmental, Commercial, and Trade Issues Associated with Arctic Drilling.” Other panels included:

Mr. Papavizas is a Washington, D.C.-based partner who focuses his practice on administrative, legislative, and corporate matters primarily in the maritime industry. He has extensive experience in advocacy on behalf of maritime clients before various federal agencies, including the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Maritime Administration, and the U.S. Congress.
