Charles Klein, a litigation partner in Winston & Strawn’s Washington, D.C. office, spoke at the 15th Annual Eastern District Bench Bar Conference on September 26, 2011, in Irving, Texas.  Together with the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the event marks the first ever Federal Circuit Bar Association/ Eastern District of Texas Joint Bench/Bar Conference.

In a session titled “Hatch-Waxman Local Rules & Pharmaceutical Litigation in ED Texas,” Klein discussed the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act. He was joined on the panel by Stephanie Barnes, Stephen Hash, and Collin Maloney.
