Dan Webb Presents “Direct Examinations” at Delaware Trial Practice Seminar Series

Winston & Strawn chairman Dan Webb spoke as part of the Delaware Trial Practice Seminar series on May 19 in Wilmington, Delaware. The program was sponsored by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the District of Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and was designed for lawyers with less than 10 years of practice experience who have an interest in regularly litigating in the District Court.

Mr. Webb presented a seminar on best practices in effectively conducting direct examinations. He spoke on the topic before joining program mentors and Delaware Federal District Court judges in a panel discussion. The presentation was one of the program’s seven seminars; other seminars covered topics such as courtroom presentation and demeanor, opening statements, cross examination, and closing statements.
