Brett Johnson Speaks at Stanford Law School’s Practicalities of Modern Patent Litigation Conference

On December 2, Winston & Strawn Partner Brett Johnson will speak at Stanford Law School’s Practicalities of Modern Patent Litigation Conference.

The conference will be held at Stanford University and will explore recent trends related to the rise in patent litigation and examine how litigants have adapted and should adapt to these trends.

Brett will join the panel, “Adjusting to the Western District of Texas.” From early venue disputes, to the impact case scheduling has on litigation strategy, this panel will look at how parties are adjusting to the country’s busiest patent venue.
