Brad Vaiana Named a Top Legal Advisor Under 40 By M&A Advisor

Winston & Strawn partner Brad Vaiana was selected as one of M&A Advisor's 40 Under 40 Legal Advisors. The M&A Advisor, renowned globally for its recognition and presentation of leading mergers and acquisitions, financing and turnaround professionals, created this recognition awards program to promote mentorship and professional development among emerging business leaders.

The M&A Advisor will host a black tie Awards Gala on October 1, 2013 at the New York Athletic Club in Manhattan, in conjunction with the 2013 Emerging Leaders Summit – an exclusive event pairing 40 Under 40 winners together with their mentors and other stalwarts, to introduce the winners to the business community and celebrate their achievements.

Brad Vaiana is co-chair of the firm's private equity practice and a partner in Winston & Strawn's New York office. Mr. Vaiana provides counsel across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including structuring, negotiating and executing leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. He represents publicly held and privately held companies and private equity investors in the management of their portfolio in connection with a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, corporate reorganizations and other commercial transactions. His clients include investments funds, hedge funds, family offices and lending institutions.
