December 11, 2017

Winston & Strawn hosted Navigant and the ABA Section of Litigation and their Law + Innovation program for a discussion on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its impact on the practice of law.

The seminar was held in Winston’s Chicago office on December 11 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CDT), followed by cocktails. Winston Litigation Department Co-Chair Steve D’Amore was a panelist.

The Law + Innovation program looks at how rapidly developing innovations across industries are creating novel legal issues for clients and their counsel. Navigant and the Section of Litigation will bring together industry-leading resources in the legal, disputes, litigation, and AI communities in order to provide an interesting and timely program centered around AI. The presenters and panelists addressed a broad range of topics:

  • What is AI and how is it used?
  • How AI is being used by global businesses.
