Annie Maudouit-Ridde Elected to ADB Board of Directors

Winston & Strawn partner Annie Maudouit-Ridde has been elected to the Board of Directors for the relaunched ADB (Association Avocats Droit Boursier). This new team, composed of ten lawyers presenting diverse and complementary profiles, reaffirms the ADB's commitment to enhancing the attractiveness of the European financial markets. 

Established in 2011 with the support of Euronext and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the association brings together lawyers specializing in securities law, capital markets, and governance, aiming to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of financial markets in the context of environmental and technological transitions.

With clear and reaffirmed objectives, the ADB aims to be a forum for exchange among market participants to promote collaboration, mutual understanding, and reflection on the evolving challenges of financial markets. In a context of evolving regulation and calls to strengthen European integration, the association mobilizes the expertise of its members to stimulate thinking on market competitiveness and promote innovation, attractiveness of listing for innovative companies, as well as the development of sustainable finance.
