AIMA Virtual Workshop – Private Fund Focus on Regulatory Trends, Compliance Practices, and SEC Initiatives

On March 3, Winston & Strawn Partners Beth Kramer and Scott Naidech, and Two Sigma Investments General Counsel Matthew B. Siano hosted an informative virtual workshop. The virtual workshop provided private fund managers with an update on the regulatory trends and compliance practices in a continuously evolving regulatory environment. Discussions included conflicts of interest, fees and expenses, performance marketing, and annual reviews in light of the current SEC initiatives and compliance practices utilized by hedge funds, private equity funds, and alternative investment fund managers.
