Building and maintaining an inclusive workplace during times of civil unrest is a daunting task. Corporate leaders and attorneys must recognize that their response to the necessity of diversity and inclusion in the workplace will ultimately determine their long-term success.
On August 27, Charlotte Partner Kobi Kennedy Brinson, chair of Winston & Strawn’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, joined a panel of attorneys for an American Bar Association event titled “Advancing Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace During Times of Civil Unrest.” The webinar will help communicate the necessary steps for fostering diversity, mitigating risk, and encouraging employees during this time.
