Winston Represented MCE Holdings in Its Acquisition of Applied Industrial Controls and Engineered Systems Group

Winston represented Pennsylvania-based Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a portfolio company of Frontenac, in its acquisition of Georgia-based Applied Industrial Controls, a distributor of motors, drives, and controls for industrial and municipal customers throughout the southeast, and Engineered Systems Group, a systems integrator and panel shop providing engineering, programming, and systems integration services. These acquisitions will provide MCE an entry into new, growing industrial & water/wastewater markets in the southeastern U.S., expand offerings of automation solutions, and add to their integration capabilities.
