Winston & Strawn Advises Eightco Holdings on $125 Million Strategic Funding Led by BitMine, ARK Invest, and Kraken’s Parent Company

Winston & Strawn LLP served as counsel to Eightco Holdings Inc. in connection with a $125 million funding commitment led by a $75 million strategic investment from Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc., alongside commitments of at least $25 million from ARK Invest and $25 million from Payward Inc., the parent company of global cryptocurrency platform Kraken.

The capital will support Eightco’s strategy of investing in technologies shaping the next generation of artificial intelligence, blockchain infrastructure, and global digital consumer platforms. Concurrent with the financing, Eightco announced initial strategic investments of $50 million in OpenAI and $25 million in Jimmy Donaldson and Beast Industries, positioning the company at the intersection of frontier AI technologies, blockchain infrastructure, and large-scale creator-driven platforms.
