VineBrook Homes Trust, Inc. Files Form 10 to Register Shares of Class A Common Stock

VineBrook became subject to the registration requirements of Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act because, as of December 31, 2020, the aggregate value of their assets exceeded the applicable threshold and its common stock was held of record by 2,000 or more persons.
