Surgical Science Sweden AB’s Acquisition of Simbionix

Winston & Strawn LLP represented Surgical Science Sweden AB, a supplier of virtual reality simulators for medical training, in its USD US$305M acquisition of Simbionix, a medical simulation business, from 3D Systems, a manufacturing solutions partner. Simbionix will be integrated with Surgical Science to expand the company’s offering in the medical simulation market.
