SandRidge Energy’s Sale of its North Park Basin Assets

Winston & Strawn LLP represented SandRidge Energy, Inc. (NYSE:SD), an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based independent oil and gas company engaged in the development and acquisition of oil and gas properties, in the sale of its North Park Basin assets. The consideration is US$47M in cash subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2021.
