National Auto Parts Warehouse Acquires All Products Automotive Inc.

Winston & Strawn LLP represented National Auto Parts Warehouse (“NAPW”), a Miami, Florida-based family-owned automotive aftermarket parts distributor with a nationwide presence, in the purchase of substantially all assets of All Products Automotive, Inc. Headquartered in Illinois, All Products Automotive, Inc. is a family-owned distributor and supplier of automotive, light truck, and marine parts and accessories. The acquisition strengthens NPAW’s professional customer coverage and expands their penetration across the United States, particularly in the upper Midwest. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
