Winston quickly resolved an individual PAGA claim filed in Orange County Superior Court against our client, a global insurance, risk management, and consulting firm. Plaintiff’s PAGA-only claim alleged failure to reimburse business expenses of non-exempt employees who were required to work from home. Following our speedy resolution of this matter on an individual basis, the court issued an order dismissing plaintiff’s individual PAGA claim with prejudice and the PAGA representative claim without prejudice.
