Good Pride Limited Term Loan Facility up to HK$7M

Winston & Strawn represented Good Pride Limited, as lender, in connection with a HK$7M term loan facility secured by a share charge provided by the borrower in favor of the lender. The debt facility will mainly be used by StormHarbour Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of the borrower, to fund its general operations. Good Pride Limited is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with limited liability.
