Winston conducted an urgent investigation for a major U.S. food processing company into issues with the human resources (HR) department. After a comprehensive investigation, including interviews of all management level employees within HR and several company executives, we recommended termination of the CHRO and also of another high-level member of that department. We assisted with both terminations and the company moved forward to bolster that department. Soon thereafter, after an overhaul of the HR department, we conducted another urgent investigation, determining the employee’s claims were not substantiated, and we negotiated the complaining employee’s exit from the company.
