At Winston, we’re committed to expanding access to opportunity through early, meaningful engagement with law students. We look for individuals who embody excellence and demonstrate a passionate—even unreasonable—commitment to delivering extraordinary client service and contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

Our recruiting initiatives are designed to identify promising law students, support their development, and create pathways for long-term success. In addition to our Winston Pathways Scholarship, we partner with student organizations at law schools across the country—building relationships through resume reviews, mock interviews, writing skills workshops, panel presentations, and campus programs. We aim to meet students where they are and foster connections that reflect the breadth of experiences and perspectives within the next generation of legal professionals.

If you want to work with world-class attorneys on sophisticated matters and deals for prestigious clients, all while building meaningful relationships in a welcoming and supportive culture, this is where you want to be.
