Winston & Strawn attorneys joined with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) to present "The Future of Electric Generating Units Under the EPA's New NSR Rules, Cross-State Air Pollution Rules, and New Clean Air Act Regulations." This informative seminar took place at Winston & Strawn's San Francisco office on November 8, 2011 and at the Chicago office on December 1, 2011. The sessions discuss the collection of new Clean Air Act regulations, such as the GHG Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Tailoring Rule, revisions to New Source Review, and the Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) rules.
