Winston Partners Publish Biannual Review of U.S. Maritime Legislative Developments

Maritime partners Charlie Papavizas and Larry Kiern recently authored an article published in the Journal of Maritime Law and Commerce reviewing U.S. maritime legislative developments during the 111th Congress which met in 2009-2010. The 111th Congress was dominated in maritime matters by piracy attacks on the U.S.-flag vessels Maersk Alabama and Liberty Sun and the Deepwater Horizon incident. This is the latest in a series of biannual updates published since 1997.
