Winston & Strawn’s in-house rock band, Jimmy’s Brother, took the stage at the famous Whisky a Go Go for the Fourth Annual Law Rocks Los Angeles on March 13, 2015.

The band featured partner John Schreiber, and several non-Winston members in a rock-solid performance to benefit the charity Read to a Child, for which Los Angeles-based partner Eva Davis is the board chair and several members of the Los Angeles office volunteer.

Los Angeles Associates Committee representative Drew Robertson introduced the band on stage along with the executive director of Read to a Child, and members of both the Los Angeles and New York offices were in the audience to cheer Jimmy’s Brother on. While the band didn’t take home the top prize, the response to their set was overwhelmingly positive, capturing the attention and applause of everyone in the venue.

The mission of Law Rocks is to benefit amazing local nonprofit organizations through epic fundraising concerts which star competing bands of talented legal-professionals-turned-rock-stars.
