Winston Hosts Women’s Initiative Roundtable in New York

Twenty women partners from law firms across the country came together on October 20 for the 2nd Women’s Initiative Roundtable: A Firm to Firm Conversation facilitated by Karen Kahn of Threshold Advisors and hosted in Winston’s New York office.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the successes and challenges of women’s initiatives at law firms around the country and share common issues with regard to compensation, advancement, leadership, and other topics. The day also included time for informal networking among attendees.
