Winston Hosts Bay Area Alumni Cocktail Reception

The San Francisco office hosted its Bay Area Alumni Cocktail Reception on April 28, 2015, drawing an even larger crowd than in past years. This event furthers the firm’s efforts to establish an annual reunion of the Bay Area’s former and current Winston attorneys and develop its networking relationships. Alumni in attendance included attorneys who had departed from the firm a week prior to the event to those who had retired from the firm over a decade ago.

Joan Fife, managing partner of the San Francisco office, invited alumni as well as current attorneys from both the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. Many partners and associates were instrumental in the success of the event by reaching out to the alumni and encouraging them to attend the reception.

It was the first time the Bay Area Alumni Cocktail Reception was held in the new office space of 101 California, and alumni and current Winston attorneys were able to enjoy the venue with incredible views of San Francisco. It is the third year the San Francisco office has hosted the alumni reception, and it anticipates it being an annual event.
