Winston & Strawn’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Hosts European Region Seminar

On July 7, Winston & Strawn’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) hosted our fourth annual European Region Seminar in Paris. The full day of learning and reconnecting included the following presentations:

• Opening Remarks – Presented by WLI Co-Chairs Linda Coberly and Eva Cole.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Update – Presented by Sylvia James, Winston’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
• Insights on America’s Highest Court: From New Justices and Leaks to the End of Roe and Beyond – Sara Susnjar, partner and co-chair of the Paris office WLI, interviewed Linda Coberly, chair of Winston’s Appellate and Critical Motions Practice and former law clerk to Justice Breyer.
• Psychological Safety in the Workplace – Presented by Lena Lodzinska, founder and director of the Instituto Inside Out.
• Off-the-Record Candid Conversations – A panel discussion facilitated by Mathilde Lefranc-Barthe, co-chair of the Paris office WLI, with Partners Linda Coberly, Eva Cole, and Annie Maudouit-Ridde.
• The Power of Networking – Presented by Salma Ismail, Director of Human Potential at Salma Mayer Consulting Ltd.

We capped off the day with a dinner with several women clients of the firm.
