2014 Staff Engagement Outlook

Happy New Year! It’s that time of year when we return from the holidays with renewed vigor and new ideas. We’re thinking of ways to refresh projects and processes that will enhance the firm’s goals and practices. In employee relations, we are working to expand our community service program so even more employees can participate in firm-sponsored volunteer service projects. We’re also looking at ways to further recognize and honor staff achievements. Many creative and exciting ideas are on the drawing board. Watch for them to roll out in 2014!
