The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has recently released revised Standard Industry Fare Level (SIFL) rates to calculate taxable income for employees’ and independent contractors’ use of a company aircraft. The revised rates are applicable for the six-month period from July 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019.
