Winston & Strawn sponsored and tax attorney Chuck Moll spoke during the State Bar of California's 2011 Annual Meeting of the California Tax Bar & California Tax Policy Conference, held November 3-5, 2011 in San Jose, Ca. This intensive seminar covered cutting edge topics in a variety of tax practice areas.
Mr. Moll participated in the California Chief Counsel Roundtable on November 5. The roundtable provided a comprehensive annual update of developments in the franchise, sales and use and property tax areas. The other panelists included Doug Bramhall from KPMG LLP, Randy Ferry with the California State Board of Equalization, Jon Iverson with Oracle and Geoff Way from the California Franchise Tax Board.
