Sergey Tomchuk joined the firm’s Moscow office in 2008 as a corporate associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tomchuk held several positions in Gazprom, where he was responsible for Eurobond issuances, loans, financings, refinancings, acquisition financings, structured finance, and rating agencies processes.
Education
Mr. Tomchuk received a degree in law in 2002 from the Moscow State University of International Relations and a J.D., summa cum laude, in 2007 from Moscow State University.
