In presenting a case to a jury, it is easy to forget about the many tips for persuading jurors that are included in the law of evidence. After all, counsel may not even be required to address evidentiary foundations during trial. Courts frequently encourage parties to resolve evidentiary issues in advance through pretrial conferences and orders. |
